The Wintringham community kicked off the festive season with a heart-warming Christmas celebration filled with fun, food, music and dancing. Despite the chilly evening, families, friends and neighbours wrapped up warm and came out to enjoy a magical evening together.

The school plaza was transformed into a winter wonderland, beautifully illuminated by festoon lighting, with a stunning Christmas tree that will be lit at night throughout the festive period.
The celebrations began with traditional carols led by St Neots Evangelical Church, bringing all ages together in song. This was followed by SAND, a five-piece
powerhouse band that spread Christmas cheer throughout the event, with children dancing along to some classic hits.
Attendees enjoyed a delicious array of food from wood-fired pizza, flavour-packed tacos and Korean street food to warm churros and baked treats. A mobile bar
provided a range of refreshments, while a barista ensured there were plenty of hot drinks to help keep warm.
Paul Murfin from Wintringham master developer Urban&Civic, said: “What a fantastic evening! The music, food and atmosphere made it a truly special night and a wonderful start of the countdown to Christmas. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the evening so special.”
